If the lessee breaches the contract terms, fails to return the vehicle on time, or does not request an extension, the lessor or the police may repossess the vehicle without prior notice and at the lessee’s expense. Any extension of the rental period requires the lessor’s approval. Only four-wheel drive (4×4) vehicles approved by the lessor may be driven on F-roads. Violation of this rule allows the lessor to impose a fine on the lessee, equivalent to the self-risk amount specified in the lessor’s current price list. This fine does not exempt the lessee from liability for any damage incurred.

It is the lessee’s responsibility to stay informed about road conditions, weather forecasts, and travel warnings throughout the rental period.
