Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy🚫
We understand that travel plans can change!
Here’s everything you need to know if you need to cancel, reschedule, or miss your booking.
💡 Example:
–If your pick-up is Friday at 10:00 AM, you must cancel before Tuesday at 10:00 AM to receive a refund.
🆓 Free Rescheduling
-You may reschedule once free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up.
-Subject to vehicle availability.
-Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
⏳ Rescheduling Within 72 Hours
-Rescheduling your reservation is possible within the 72-hour time period, but please note that a €100 processing fee will apply as such a last-minute modification can disrupt our fleet schedule and limit our ability to rebook the original slot.
-Subject to vehicle availability.
🧾 How to Cancel or Reschedule
-Please contact us at office@northcampers.is with your reservation number.
❌ No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up within 4 hours of your scheduled pickup time and haven’t contacted us:
-Your reservation will be considered a no-show.
-No refund will be issued.
